[ISLMA-Share] what's the book?

I have a student who can remember everything about a book, EXCEPT the title
and character names. The premise is some teenagers have been imprisoned on
a mountain due to getting an illness that made them violent. It begins with
a storm and the bus the main character is in turns over. Some of the teens
kill themselves because of mental torture in the facility. The main
character's brother ends up killing himself. It ends with the main
character and a girl sitting on a lawn chair. Any ideas?
