[ISLMA-Share] Seeking National History Day graphic organizer

Dear friends,
During a webinar introducing the 2018 National History Day theme of
"Conflict & Compromise," the presenters showed a graphic organizer to
assist students in considering possible topics. They called it the "4 Cs"
organizer.

I'd really like to use this organizer with my students! I am running in a
circle of links that keep taking me back to a $8 theme book. Is this
organizer only available on a paid basis?
