[ISLMA-Share] Amazon orders

I have switched to Ingram.  I love the real time inventory, knowing which
warehouse the books will come from, the speed of delivery and ease of
making carts and orders.  I don't have shelf ready processing done so I
can't speak to that facet but for straight up ordering and discounts-- Love
it.
