[ISLMA-Share] emailing overdue notices in Destiny

Ok, I have attached screen shots from my Destiny that shows the settings I
have used to send out my overdue notices.

I hope it goes through. The first screen shot should show that you click on
REPORTS. Next, click on PATRON REPORTS. You can see the settings I have
selected. Next, you'll see the sheet with FORMAT underlined at the top.
After that, the next scree should have LIMIT underlined. Finally, the
screen shot showing DETAILS underlined should be used to finalize your
reports.
