[ISLMA-Share] emailing overdue notices in Destiny

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I'd be happy to walk you through the process. I send them out in 17 batches every 30 minutes starting at 9pm on Sunday night.  I save the setups and have them scheduled to run automatically. It takes a little time to set it up but after that you don't have to do anything. Since not all the kids regularly check their school email, we also send out a weekly generic Skyward message on Monday to all students with overdues - we do this using a processing list. And we send a list of the students by class period to each English teacher. In order to avoid privacy issues, this list does not have book titles, just names and the book bar codes.
