Here's what we use though it is with our 8th grade not 7th:

Holocaust Heroes - Discovery Education (Gr. 6-12) Presents a look at the
efforts of people who risked their own lives to save thousands of Jews and
others from Nazi persecution during the Holocaust, including profiles of
the victims and survivors of its crimes.

Paper Clips - Chronicles a small town's efforts to teach diversity as a
class project which evolved into a memorial to the six million Jewish lives
lost during the Holocaust by collecting six million paper clips like those
worn by WWII Norwegians in protest against the persecution of Jews.

One Survivor Remembers - (Academy Award Winner, Spielberg directed) - Gerda
Weissmann Klein, through a series of interviews, photographs and footage
shot on location, relates her memories of the devastating events of the
Holocaust.
