[ISLMA-Share] Media Endorsement K-12

The reason this is so advantageous for everyone is because of what my
district is trying to pull.  They have put us into categories so no matter
what your license says they say you are only "qualified to teach" the same
subject/subjects you have for the last 5 years.  So, in other words, if
they get rid of your position....tenure means nothing....you're gone.
 They had JH LRC Directors on the chopping block this past year.  Had they
cut my position and I wasn't "k-12" and only "5-8 endorsed" I would have
been out of a job.  YOU NEED TO GET the k-12 so you are covered.
