[ISLMA-Share] 1:1 End of year collection in a high school

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

We use our textbook tracking system to check them out to students.  We let the students in grades 9-11 keep them over the summer.  We collect senior Chromebooks every day at lunch during their last week of school with a final collection during graduation practice.  They don't get their diplomas until all materials are returned or paid for.

Good Morning,

Is anyone willing to share their method of collecting 1:1 devices at the end of the year?  Best practices?  Things you wouldn't do?  This will be our first year collecting Chromebooks, and we are struggling to come up with a manageable plan to collect them.
