[ISLMA-Share] New Library Design

My first library had no walls and the noise from surrounding hallways and
classroom was a big problem. Or when anyone used the library for more than
study hall, teachers in the vicinity complained about the noise coming from
the library. It was pretty much a lose-lose situation. Five years later
when they built a new library at that school, they made sure it had walls.
My current library has two walls of glass block - very bright and open
without the noise.
