[ISLMA-Share] Need Help! Overdue Book Policies and Fees Charged

We have the same policy--if a student does not return his/her books, then
he/she is not allowed to get new ones until the others have been returned.
K gets one book, 1st starts out with 1 but earns a second, 2nd gets 2, and
3-6 gets up to 4 books at a time (athough most seem to stop at 3). I don't
charge any late fees.
