[ISLMA-Share] Need Help! Overdue Book Policies and Fees Charged

I have a small selection of books that can be "checked out" for kids who
are in this type of situation.  It's a very limited selection, not
officially part of my catalog, mostly books that have no owner that have
made their way to my library one way or another...donations/lost
books/etc.  This allows me to still offer a book, but also uphold my
procedures.
