[ISLMA-Share] Need Help! Overdue Book Policies and Fees Charged

At our 6-8 building, we also do not check out books to students who have an
overdue book. In the case of a lost or damaged book, I do allow for
"payment plans" if a student cannot pay the whole replacement cost at once.
As long as regular payments are being made, they are permitted to check out
one book.
