Hi Rachel,

Yes, there is an app for eRead Illinois, it is the Axis 360 app (free). The
books are not multi-user, but can be put on hold. You can sync the
collection to your OPAC, but I am not sure that is a useful thing to do.
eRead Illinois adds new books on a regular basis.

You can also purchase ebooks and audio books that are just for your
patrons, those could potentially be multi-user. To the student user, there
is no visual difference from the ones you have purchased and the ones in
the eRead Illinois collection.
