[ISLMA-Share] Rebecca C vs Monarch and Blue Stem

Caudill is for grades 4-8, so we make sure we have the most appropriate
ones available for my 4th and 5th graders.  Any books that we are on the
fence about we decide between all 4 elementary school librarians whether or
not to purchase for our collections.
