I wondered the same thing earlier this year. I ended up doing what we called a Scavenger Hunt as an assignment with Current History students after doing a Google search tips and tricks lesson. Their teacher and I used questions relating to what they were talking about in class and current events at the time of the activity. The questions are more complex than the Google Game questions were, but it did help the kids practice the techniques.

You can see the activity here (it will force you to make a copy): Scavenger Hunt Assignment.<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e2N9BCY40Z4kUZ26wgNyjXB93WNpz3r9rJkJiLuWZUA/copy>

You can also follow a Google a Day<http://www.agoogleaday.com/> and use similar questions.

Anyone play the Google Game recently and have questions to share?
