[ISLMA-Share] Rebecca C vs Monarch and Blue Stem

I am an ECH - 5th I purchase THREE copies of the Monarch/Bluestem books, a
minimum of 12 Caudill's for voting purchases (the titles geared for 7/8 I
do not purchase) I register our school, I book talk and we vote in February.
