If anybody has figured a way to do this and keep the circ stats for the barcode I'd also love to know.

Sometimes I do the Duplicate thing in one browser, and then when I have the copy information ready to save, log into Destiny in a different browser and delete the copy before saving in the original browser. Hope that makes sense. it is not easy.

Ive tried that but it will only let me add a new barcode not switch over the barcode so I retain the data - I want to transfer it.

Go to the one record, and 'Duplicate it'. 'Add Copy' for the one you want in the new category, and amend it if you want to specify why it's different.

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is an easy way to break out records in Destiny without deleting them and losing all the data? For example, if I have a title that has 3 different call #'s with 3 different circulation types - one on the library shelf, one for a Battle of the Books book, one as a guided reading book as an example - how do I move those books into its own entry? So in the end I would have 3 different entries for the same title.
Thanks,
Amy
