Hi collective brain!

I have some teachers in my building who are looking for fresh ways to
discipline students who breaking various classroom rules and the AUP while
using their laptops. For example, the students who are not doing the task
they are assigned to do, but are Googling images (not necessarily even
inappropriate images), just being off task. Or students who very cleverly
have multiple tabs open or go incognito, etc. We are looking for
consequences other than taking away the device for X number of days. We
already have students create and sign a contract. They participate in
creating the rules and consequences as well. But for some students, this
just doesn't seem to work.

Any fresh or innovative approaches out there? We would love to hear!
