[AISLE-Share] K-12 certification

If you log into ISTE through ELIS and get to your home page, you will see a
menu to the right under the Action Center.  Under "What Do You Want to
Do?", click on Apply for an Endorsement. You will see your eligible license
for endorsement.  In the far right, click on Add Endorsement under Action.
 From there, the Wizard will walk you through the steps.  You will need to
pay a fee for the endorsement, so be ready for that.
