[AISLE-Share] Tracking read Caudills

I also used a Google form in my middle school.  However, I pulled weekly
prizes from anyone who submitted that week. Then bigger prizes at the end
of the quarter for anyone who submitted that quarter.  This kept them
filling out forms.  Weekly prizes were books from the Scholastic book fair,
and "junk" I would pick up for crazy cheap/free from pretty much anywhere!
