My principal and I are trying to align my librarian position with an appropriate evaluation tool. Currently, I am using the same Danielson Model as all the classroom teachers. While this model applies to my role in some areas, other areas it does not. Does anyone have any recommendations on what they are using for their evaluations? Any input is appreciated.
