Thank you! This was actually really helpful. Only thing is my students buy their own iPads so nothing is school wide and I can’t push out the fix. I’m going to make a short tutorial to walk everyone through what I just did with two students. Hopefully, it will mostly fix it.

Thanks again, everyone, for your feedback. I hope the get on this and go back to supporting the app that really worked well.

Yes, I was having trouble but fixed it.  I deleted the old app and made a "button" link on our dashboard - it is now web-based.  But we pushed it out to all the ipads, so my kids only have a single step to sign on and then once they do, they don't have to log in again!

Is anyone else having serious issues with their Destiny Discover app this year? I know that the problems started early August and when I called Follett didn’t have any work around or fixes for me. I have 1700 students on iPads who now have multiples steps needed to get into the app and often it just loops them on an ad page instead of taking them to log in.

This will KILL my kids willingness to use it for anything, including research. I’m finding this all very distressing and am hoping one of you has a solution or good news that it is being fixed.
