[AISLE-Share] citation tools for elementary

As a district, we use NoodleTools, a paid subscription. There is a junior
setting, that is basic and easy to use for the elementary level, as well as
an advanced level for college preparatory.
Our students use the Google sign in option and is an easy and intuitive
option to easy bib and other citation makers. It also keeps the process
consistent with a common vocabulary through their k-12 career.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
