Hi Andrea,
WeVideo isn't quite the app for what you are trying to do. As far as I
know, WeVideo does not create freeze frames nor export still images.  What
you could do is replace the background, full screen the video, and then
take a screen shot of the full screen. That will give you a still image you
can drop into a doc.
