Our Kindergartners may have up to six books at a time. They take them home
in their backpacks. Since books go out for two weeks, they get to do math
problems to figure how many they can get each week. If they have two books
at home, how many can they get today?

We have had few problems with books being damaged, though I have one
student this year who has damaged several books. He is the exception.
