[ISLMA-Share] Tracking Who's Read Bluestem

We use the program ReadnQuiz and the students take quizzes on the books,
but I have the same problem with follow through.  I read the students 3 of
the books and many teachers read the longer ones out loud and they STILL
haven't taken the quizzes to show that they read the book.
