[ISLMA-Share] Tracking Who's Read Bluestem

I print off questions for the books. I keep them in a three-ring binder at
my circulation desk. When kids come in for Library class or if they have
spare time they come in and quiz over book. If they can answer three
comprehension questions I figure they read the book. I'm a pretty small
school so this works for me. Probably wouldn't work for larger populations.
