One thing I like to do with our TV monitor in our school lobby is have
students make book "commercials" or ads using Google Slides. A slide
includes elements such as a picture of the book cover, sometimes a picture
of the student, and usually some sort of student shout out like, "Bob says,
"Read this book! It's really funny!" They share their slides with me and
I put them on a flash drive and play them as a slide show on the TV.
