In addition to those already mentioned, here are some resources that might
be useful:

The most recent statewide library study, in South Carolina, looked
specifically at standardized test scores:
http://www.scasl.net/the-south-carolina-impact-study.

The Baltimore Library Project Report for years 1-3, shows positive outcomes
for Library Project schools:
http://hjweinbergfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/01/Library-Report-Web-Jan31.pdf.
<http://hjweinbergfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/01/Library-Report-Web-Jan31.pdf.>

As an early step in the project above, an analysis of library impact
studies was commissioned:
http://hjweinbergfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/01/Library-Report-Web-Jan31.pdf.

And, of course, the School Libraries Work! report from Scholastic always
has good info. I believe the latest is 2016.

One final note: the Adequacy Model that is supposed to determine how
schools are now funded in Illinois includes school librarians. (Take that
with a grain of salt, as the funding to realize the model wasn't linked to
the bill.)
