[ISLMA-Share] Travel/ Fellowship Opportunity

I am the librarian in a K-8 school with a Global Studies focus and in the last year have been a fellow of the Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms.  https://www.irex.org/project/teachers-global-classrooms-program-tgc It is an amazing program that is fully funded by the United States Department of State. As part of this program I was in an intense online training program, traveled to Washington DC for a symposium and India this past summer for 3 weeks. 


Global studies is a  conceptual way to approach teaching that embeds students in inquiry based learning to build their understanding of different perspectives. 


The application process for 2018-19 is open and I highly encourage you to apply.
