Mallory,
    I use Common Sense Media to review books:
https://www.commonsensemedia.org/reviews/category/book
They don't have every title, but they cover a great deal.
I also look at what the the AR BookFinder says about a title,
http://www.arbookfind.com/default.aspx?client=HomeConnect
as well as what Follett and Amazon say about the book.
    I'd be interested to learn if there are other worthwhile ways to review
a book.
