[ISLMA-Share] paperback book covers

Kapco Easy-Cover II. I've used the Demco ones, and the spine tape comes off
easily. I'm hoping the Kapco ones will work better. Before using these, I
found the Duck Peel & Stick was good, but doesn't last as long as the rigid
cover sets.
