[ISLMA-Share] looking for suggestions

I call all the winners down at the beginning of the day, take pictures and
give them their metal to wear all day long. For a treat, we have root
beer, orange or coke floats all throughout the day. Winners get to pick
them up when they have Language Arts class and take the can of pop + ice
cream in the cup back to class and eat it in front of everyone else who did
NOT earn it. It seems go over well and it's not overly expensive and
manageable.
