[ISLMA-Share] Library Para Issue?

This would really bother me. Absolutely you should say something. If you
are not her supervisor, I'd discuss this with the person who has that
responsibility. Let the supervisor know that this has to stop and ask them
for recommendations for handling this. If you can have the discussion
directly with this person, let her know the seriousness of the issue and
tell her bluntly to stop. I would have a conversation with my supervisor no
matter what. It's an opportune moment to educate them and to garner
support. You might consider a newsletter that would spell out the staffing
issue in an offhand but clear way.
