[ISLMA-Share] Netflix/Amazon Prime

I'm going to guess on this one. I'm certainly no legal expert. I think
purchasing is different than streaming. However, it is still a public
performance, so without the movie license, I don't think you would be
covered unless it was for an educational purpose that you could actually
defend as fair use (i.e. not watching for fun or as a reward).
