What about the Never Girls Series (four friends travel to Never Land)? The
first book is a 3.4 reading level, and they're all only a little over 100
pages. We also have the Anna and Elsa series that starts with *All Hail
the Queen*. Those are about the same length and the first one is a 4.1
reading level. Same goes for the Disney Fairies series.

Ok, now I have a question. At my school there is a student who wants to
read very easy (1st grade level) Disney princess books. She can read at
about a 2nd or 3rd grade level, but she can't comprehend long stories with
chapters yet. Does anyone have any recommendations for this gap-Princess
books that have a 2nd or 3rd grade reading level but aren't chapter books?
She can't handle any of the above series I mentioned.

Thanks! I hope you get some good responses, because I am interested too.
