[ISLMA-Share] HS textbook suggestion

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knew of a fundamental level cooking textbook that
your school uses?  We are going to start a new section of our basic Foods 1
class for students with learning/cognitive disabilities.  If the textbooks
also had family living information too that would be great too, but the
primary need is for a lower lexile cooking textbook.  Our current textbook
we use is from McGraw-Hill and the teacher just didn't see anything on
their website.
