[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

What about using local authors who may be self-published?  It's possible
some may participate in a literature festival for free just to get the
exposure.  You could throw it out on Twitter or Facebook an see what you
get.  My Lockport community has a Lockport FB page, so maybe New Lenox has
something like that where you could toss the idea out to the community and
see if anyone will share that info.

I do know of one self-published author who is a teacher in Lemont.  Let me
know privately if you's like his name.
