We do ours during Parent Conferences which run on two consecutive
Thursdays. So my fair starts on Thurs. AM and goes til 8:00 PM that day due
to conferences (I have to be there any way) and then closes the next
Friday. So there are two evenings when it is open and all classes get to go
at least twice during their library class plus at least once during their
15 min. checkout time.

In the spring I do it the week of Memorial Day Tues. - Friday and it's only
in half of the library, so with parent help, I can run it while I teach in
the other part of the library. It definitely is crazy, but teachers send
kids down 2-3 at a time with a timer. Lines tend to get long at certain
times during the day.
