[ISLMA-Share] EBSCO price

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

So here is the summary of my findings. For those who had my same package,
it is not a flat rate. Districts about half my size pay about half as much.
Armed with this information, I was able to squeeze my rep to break out the
"package." I didn't see a dramatic savings, but the price did come down
about $200 when I carved off all the extraneous stuff we don't really use.
