[AISLE-Share] Picture books in the MS

Yes, we have picture books as they have become a big part of a literary
devices unit here. They also supplement several units. As a result, i have
a picture book section since patrons come in looking specifically for them.
When they were sprinkled throughout the collection, they got much less
circulation; I think people forgot we had them since they just blended in.
They have a picture book spine label and are noted as PIC.

We also have a world language section in my library with books in the
languages taught in our school. There are some French and Spanish picture
books there, too. (And soon to be Mandarin and Hebrew since we are adding
those languages next year.) These books have our world language spine label
and WOR.
