I have a collection of picture books for my older readers. They are in my
genefried fiction collection. I catalog them:

FIC
PICTURE
Author Last Name.

I call the section "Picture Books for Older Readers," and note that as a
sub-location in my library. The picture books are quite popular with kids
who still like to look at pictures with stories, and they are frequently
used in older classrooms when the topic/theme fits in with the curriculum.

Most recently I'm using them with my 5th graders because we are doing
blackout poetry. They are perfect for that!

Peace,
