We're a Google district (Chicago), so 4th grade students begin learning how
to navigate Google Classroom and all of the education apps that are
available. In 5th and 6th grades, we begin really digging deep into using
databases and other digital sources to research. Thanks to the Read for
Information Grant, one of the 6th grade teachers and I were able to
collaborate on a Social Studies research project that utilized both print
and digital sources.
