Are you talking about classes signing up to work with you? If so, I use Google Calendar. When in Google Calendar, create a new time slot and switch it to Appointment Slot. One you put in all your open times and information, you can send out the link and teachers can choose a time slot and book an appointment with you. I have a link to it in my Signature of all of my emails.

Subject: [AISLE-Share] Scheduling

I've been using paper scheduling and I'd like to switch to having an electronic schedule. How does everyone schedule their Media Center classes? Thanks!
