Subject: [AISLE-Share] average age of collection

I am wondering if anyone can answer the question about average age of a collection and number of books per student in regards to supporting Future Ready. My collections are at an average age of 2002 at both of my schools. The items per student ranges from 16.6-

Is their an ideal goal, age that school library collections should be at?

We are talking about our Collection Analyses at our District LMC Meeting tomorrow morning. Thank you in advance for your input.
