Great question Kristen.

I have over 800 Evidence of Completion forms to get sent out. Please allow through November for me to get them sent. (I'm working as quickly as I can around teaching.) Forms will be open until November 30, 2018.

Of course, if someone submits their forms on November 30, it may take a little longer.

TO RECEIVE PDH FOR THE 2018 AISLE CONFERENCE:

1. You must have signed both in and out while at the conference.
2. You must fill out an evaluation for each Thursday workshop you attended and/or for Friday and Saturday (one evaluation for each day).
