[AISLE-Share] Book Fairs

It might be different for elementary, but here's the scoop for middle
schools: I wanted to try to book a Follett fair for next school year
(2019/2020), but was told they don't have the "green light" to start
scheduling for that year yet. I contacted them about a week ago. I was put
on a waiting list to be contacted when things open up.

I guess since this year is just a pilot for middle school, they aren't
technically ready to move forward with the next school year. I'm hoping
they'll work things out in the next year or two, though! I'd like to make
the switch.
