[AISLE-Share] Free, short reading passages

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

A teacher I know is teaching a split level 4th 5th grade in a Catholic
school.  She doesn't have a lot of resources so I wanted to ask you
guys. *She needs
easy to read, high interest reading materials (short passages) that she can
access online for free.*  Any ideas are appreciated, she has a very needy
split class and does not have a lot of resources or money for them, and the
school uses the SchoolWide curriculum. TIA!
