[AISLE-Share] Place a "note" on a student for books

The easiest way would be to pull up the student's information, putting you
on the patron status screen.  From there, go down to "Add Note."  Add the
note to read what you have described, then check the box that says "display
this note whenever the patron's information is accessed."  You could also
put a note on the book as well, if you wanted.  To do so, the instructions
are basically the same, but you would pull up the book copy you want, go to
edit, and then add a note from that screen.
