[AISLE-Share] Picture book about helping others in class with transition

What age level are we talking about?  Is this for the teacher with the new student coming into the classroom?

Subject: [AISLE-Share] Picture book about helping others in class with transition

We have a student moving to another classroom on Monday. My principal asked me this morning for a book for the teacher to read about transitions (not necessarily this exact transition) and helping one another out in the classroom. If I don't have the book I need to order it as we only have three days of class this week due to conferences.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
